OS X 10.9.3 Bug hides '/Users' Folder, but an easy fix is available

TerminalIconFor those who upgraded to OS X 10.9.3 and noticed that the /USERS/ Folder is gone, rest assured that it is still there, but you'll have to issue the following commands in Terminal in order to get it back.

The upgrade auto hides the /USERS/ Folder for unknown reasons.  Just follow the below to get it back:

1.  Go to FINDER > APPLICATIONS > UTILITIES.
2.  Select the TERMINAL icon (as shown on the upper-right).
3.  Type in the following command: sudo chflags nohidden /Users
4.  Tap Enter.
5.  Type: Exit
6. Tap Enter.
7. That's it.

Rumor: Apple adding NFC Technology to iPhone 6

iPhone4SCiting sources familiar with the subject, a web site named BrightWire has reported that Apple is in the process of adding the long awaited NFC Technology into the next iPhone.

According to the report:

"Apple is likely to incorporate a Near Field Communication (NFC) payment function in the next generation iPhone and has reached an agreement with China UnionPay on a mobile payment service, according to a source close to the matter.

...In addition to NFC payment, the two companies will also work together on another mobile payment solution that can be used for purchases in Apple Stores, added the source."
