According to French news web site nowhereelse.fr [Google Translated], the (alleged) photo is that of an iPhone 5S manual which seems to suggest the presence of a Fingerprint sensor.  It has been rumored for weeks on other web sites that the new iPhone will sport a new finger print sensor to enhance iPhone security.
We cannot independently confirm or deny that this is indeed a manual for the new iPhone. Â We're putting this up here for reference and discussion.
