Now that the Muppets are back in their first movie in over 10 years, your children (or even yourself) would like to have Muppet apps for your iOS device(s).

The App Store has plenty of iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad apps to keep your child busy for hours on end.

Here's a brief list:

- Tap Tap Muppets.
- Elmo's Monster Maker.
- Grover's Number Special.
- Big Bird's Nest.
- Speakin Swedish Chef.

Monkey sees, Monkey do: Microsoft to make Windows 8 available digitally

When Apple announced that it was going to sell OS X Lion exclusively as a digital download, many were skeptical. By not selling physical copies of the operating system, wouldn’t Apple be crippling Lion’s consumer reach?

As it turns out, Lion has already sold more than 6 millions copies in the Mac App Store, making it 80% more popular than Apple’s previous desktop OS, Snow Leopard. The folks in Redmond have taken notice, and Microsoft has announced that its upcoming operating system, Windows 8, will also be offered as a digital download.

How to: Delete photos from iCloud

iCloud's photo sharing option is a great service.  You take a photo on one device, and have it show up on another (such as an iPhone to an iPad).  To do this, all devices (iOS and Macs) have to be signed in to iCloud using the same Apple ID.  The photo sharing option will save the photos in the "cloud" for 3o days, then they will get auto deleted.

But sometimes, you want to delete those photos before the 30 day period.  It's simple to do:

1.  Go to iCloud.com
2.  Login with your normal username and password.
3.  In the upper-right corner will show your username.  Click on it.
4.  A window will pop-up with more options.
5.  Click on the Advanced option.
6.  The next screen will give you the option to delete the photos from the Cloud. *

* You should save the photos you wish to keep in iPhoto before doing the above.

That's it.  :-)

AppleScoop changes slogan: "No Bull, Just the Facts"

By: Dan Uff, Senior Editor

When I created AppleScoop.com back in 2006, Apple News and Rumors was just starting to hit its stride.  It also helped when then a popular web site called "Think Secret" became a poster boy of what news/rumor sites should not report.

Their was a time when this web site almost didn't get off the ground.  After the situation that happened with the Think Secret scandal, there was a move from Apple to shut down blogs who reported product rumors.  Fortunately, Apple gave up and focused their efforts on creating great products.

I made a promise to my readers, that neither I, or anyone else who may write for me, would "hang on" to the reader to try and make the sentence longer or remind a reader what the article was way back when.  I know you're smart enough to remember where something left off, and when something is continued.

So, that's why I changed our Slogan: "No Bull, Just the Facts."

How do you like it, or do you have a comment on the above article?  Let me know below.
